Regne Unit: Elizabeth Line transforma el viatge ICE

Central London will be a 12-minute journey for ICE attendees following the opening of the ‘game-changing’ £18.7bn high-speed train line, which reduces Heathrow/ExCeL journey time to 43-minutes.
The travel experience for both domestic and international visitors attending February’s editions of ICE London and iGB Affiliate London will be transformed following the opening of the capital’s new £18.7bn high-speed train line. The Elizabeth line, which officially opened May 24 has reduced journey times from central London to ExCeL to just 12-minutes.
El temps de viatge porta a porta des de Londres Heathrow, un important centre internacional utilitzat per molts visitants d'espectacles internacionals d'ICE/iGB, s'acabarà a la tardor de 2022 i inclourà un únic viatge en tren ininterromput de 43 minuts. L'aeroport de Londres Stanstead serà un viatge en tren de 54 minuts i London Luton trigarà 34 minuts. La línia Elizabeth comptarà amb 24 trens per hora, la qual cosa li permetrà transportar més de mig milió de passatgers al dia.

Since reopening in summer 2021 ExCeL has welcomed over 1.5 million visitors and has invested in a 25,000sq.m expansion programme to further enhance its facilities.
